The proposed building is situated on a corner plot and resulting from the analysis of the relations between private and public, habitation and work. Its position at the intersection of the two roads creates a different zoning of primary and secondary role.

The two different uses of the building as is the residence with an autonomous apartment to be found on the first floor, and that of the working space, as shop on the ground floor, both formed by a homogeneous shell with the main facade for each use to be perpendicular to the other. txt/gr
